The documents attached outline all Matas Standard Terms and Conditions and appendices governing our contractual relationship with our suppliers and forms part of any Matas Supplier Agreement. Our General Terms and Conditions are incorporated in our supplier agreements by reference and referred to as Appendix “X” of the supplier agreement.
